What is EAZYLIFE?

EAZYLIFE is your all-in-one health membership that gives you access to unlimited doctor visits, discounts on lab tests and medicines, and access to affordable care through our partner clinics and pharmacies. We started EAZYLIFE to make quality healthcare simple, affordable, and accessible to everyone. No long queues, no surprise bills, just care that puts you first.
How much does EAZYLIFE cost?

Plans start from ₦10,000 for individuals, ₦50,000 for families, and from ₦9,000 per employee for business packages.
How long does my membership last?

Each membership is valid for 12 months from your activation date. You’ll get a WhatsApp reminder 2 weeks before your subscription plan expires.
How do I renew my membership?
+
You can renew directly through chat, or by replying “Renew” when you get a reminder message.
Can I change my plan later?
+
You can change your plan anytime. Just let us know and we’ll guide you through it.
Can I add my family members later?
+
Absolutely. You can add up to 6 dependents anytime after activation under the Family Plan.
What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by transfer, card, or through LiveLonga clinics.
Doctor Visits
Are doctor consultations really free?

Yes! All EAZYLIFE members get unlimited doctor visits for general consultations at partner clinics.
Where can I see a doctor?

You can visit any LiveLonga Clinic near you or book a virtual consultation.
Do I need to book before visiting?
+
We recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting, but walk-ins are welcome at all our locations.
Can I speak with a doctor online?

Yes, virtual consultations are available during clinic hours.
What happens if I need specialist care?
+
Your doctor can refer you to a specialist or hospital if needed, and your EAZYLIFE membership still gives you discounts on tests or medications.
Lab Tests & Screenings
Do I get discounts on lab tests?

Yes! You’ll get 20% off all lab tests done at Beaconhealth Diagnostics.
How do I book a test?

You can book directly through chat or visit any Beaconhealth centre and show your EAZYLIFE ID.
Can I get free screenings?
+
We occasionally run free community health screenings for conditions like malaria, blood sugar, and blood pressure. You’ll be notified when one is happening near you.
How do I receive my test results?

You’ll be notified by SMS once your results are ready.
Can I get help understanding my results?
+
Of course. Our doctors can help you interpret your results and explain your next steps. Just book a doctor visit.
Pharmacy & Medication
Do I get discounts on medication?

Yes! EAZYLIFE members get up to 20% off medications at partner pharmacies.
Can I buy medicines directly through EAZYLIFE?
+
Not yet, but we’re working with pharmacies to make that available soon
What if my prescription isn’t available at the clinic?
+
Our partner pharmacies can fill your prescription or help you find an alternative brand.
Family & Dependents
How many family members can I add?
+
Family plans cover up to 4 family members (friends, spouse, children, or parents).
What information do I need to add my family members?
+
You’ll need their email, full names, dates of birth, and phone numbers.
Can I change my family members' details later?
+
Yes. details can be updated when you renew your plan or contact support.
Business
Who can sign up for the Business Plan?
+
Any registered business, startup, or organization with a team of employees can subscribe. You’ll need a business name, admin contact, and a preferred payment method to get started.
How is pricing determined?
+
Pricing is based on the number of employees covered. Each employee costs a fixed annual fee of ₦9,000/year. You can start with as few as 4 employees and add more anytime during the year.
What happens when we add new employees mid-year?
+
You can add employees at any time. We’ll automatically calculate a prorated fee for the remaining months in your plan year. E.g If you add someone 3 months after your plan starts, you’ll pay for the remaining 9 months.
Can we get an invoice or receipt for our records?
+
Yes. Every payment for a business plan automatically generates a digital invoice and receipt, sent to your WhatsApp and email.
Can one person manage multiple company accounts?
+
Maybe. In some cases, this is possible — for example, if you’re a consultant or manage multiple business locations. Please contact our support team, and we’ll review it to find the best way to support you.
Can we customize benefits or get volume discounts?

Yes. For organizations with over 100 employees, we offer: volume discounts, custom health benefit packages and dedicated support. You can type “Support” in WhatsApp to connect with our team and get started.
How do we manage billing and view our plan details?
+
You’ll have access to a mini dashboard (via web link or WhatsApp menu) to: view covered employees, add/remove Employees, see billing summaries and upcoming invoices etc.
Can we get a report to see employee usage of EAZYLIFE?
+
Yes, you can easily request a report from us by contacting support and we will send it to your admin WhatsApp and email.
Account & Support
I can’t find my membership details. What should I do?
+
Make sure you’re chatting from your registered phone number, or message us with your full name for verification.
I made a mistake during sign-up. Can I fix it?
+
Definitely. You can edit your details anytime, just choose “Make a Change” from your menu.
I’m not receiving messages from EAZYLIFE. Why?
+
Check that you haven’t blocked our WhatsApp number or turned off message notifications.
I need help urgently. How can I reach someone?
+
Just reply “Support” or tap Chat with Support and we’ll connect you to a live agent.
Emergency & Medical Advice
What should I do in an emergency?

Please go to the nearest hospital immediately. EAZYLIFE does not replace emergency services.
Can I contact EAZYLIFE for emergencies?
+
You can message us anytime, but for serious conditions (like chest pain or difficulty breathing), go straight to a hospital first.
Does EAZYLIFE cover hospital admission or surgery?
+
No. EAZYLIFE covers primary healthcare (consultations, tests, and medications). Hospital admissions are not included.
